Reelz Terms & Conditions
The Video Production Company, B.O.W.A. International and its Division BOWAworld & BOWAstudios, herein referred to as “BOWA or Studios”. Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement: In no event shall BOWA be liable to you, the signatory below, or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase under this order form, or your attendance at or participation in any event while BOWA is collecting and capturing sound and video footage.
Any Forms or projects submitted certify that you have read and completely understand the terms and conditions set forth herein, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions below:
Typical projects are based on one person signing up, for extra person/s an additional amount will be required. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In all cases, the total liability of BOWA to you for all causes of action in the aggregate, including but not limited to breach of contract, tort and negligence, shall be limited to the purchase price indicated on the face of this order form. www.BOWAstudios.com/legal.
Data transfer of Videos may differ due to network or internet connections. Please check with your carrier regarding data transfer fees.
The materials and services provided by BOWA pursuant to the initial fees paid do not include printing, photography, color proofs, royalties on stock photography or video, high resolution scanning, music, flash drives, envelopes or shipping/delivery fees. The client shall reimburse BOWA for any of the above listed costs made on behalf of the client. BOWA disclaims that it has not qualified to report on the legal status of a Mark, nor is such a search part of the services offered in this agreement.
BOWA will make available white label versions for an additional fee. The intellectual property rights will not be transferred to the client until final/complete payment has been rendered to BOWA if selecting White label option. BOWA does not allow for any open file transfers to the client or client vendors.
The video sessions may not be taped or recorded by client. You agree to arrive/make all appointments/calls on time or call at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule, if an unavoidable conflict arises for you. If you do not show up for your video session you forfeit session and will have to pay an additional $300 for a new session time. BOWA also reserves the right to use a watermark on the final video since this is a promotional piece and a discount price. Please ask your representative for current rates.
BOWA reserves the right to host video on BOWA channels including monetization of any videos on its channels. This agreement permits BOWA to bill a credit card or ACH, BOWA may use B.O.W.A. International to collect fees.
Please note BOWA may use PayPal to process your payments and you will be sent a confirmation via email, all credit card payments are subject to an additional % fee for processing. Please note all sales are final and no refunds or chargebacks may be made due to the nature of these project/s. Packages are not transferable. Prices subject to change without notice. Client will be called within 3-4 business days to arrange uploaded files. Logos, etc., if necessary. Please refer to the cancellation policy, rules & restrictions online at www.BOWAstudios.com/legal. This agreement constitutes an order for corporate videography services, including taking of photos as agreed by both parties: BOWA and Client. In signing this agreement you allow BOWA to place its logo on any materials to use for marketing efforts. Any upgrades including, raw footage or white label requests must be made by client and additional fees will be required. Any changes to video after client approval will be assessed additional fees. Please be advised that these videos cannot be resold in any way or used, placed, edited by competing channels, producers, editors or video projects. They are protected by copyright laws and need written permission from BOWA. BOWA does not provide any open source files to clients. Please ask your representative for information. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, county of Miami-Dade.

All video projects include a single review and set of changes. Any additional changes will incur extra fees. Any changes to video after client approval will be assessed additional fees.
You are expected to reply to information requests and review forms with 10 working days of being sent. If you do not, you will be charged a daily video storage fee of $10 until the information requested is received. After 14 days files will be archived and an archive retrieval fee of $175 will need to be paid before file is put back to working order.
All projects are developed and delivered to client for 1st Draft proof between 4-6 weeks after all materials are collected form client. BOWA will send client a link via email for approval, unless otherwise indicate by client at Sign Up. We do not finalize project until we have final Sign Off from client.
All products are co-branded: BOWA also reserves the right to use a bug and outro on the final video since it is a promotional piece and a discount price. No Discount or Partner Codes may be used for Upgrades. They only apply to Reelz unless otherwise stated.
